Product Use: Roof Seal: Oxime Silicone performs well on a wide range of roofing substrates, including modified bitumen, built-up roofing, spray polyurethane foam, single-ply membranes, metal roofing, concrete, and existing coatings. Asphalt and modified bitumen roofs need a coat of Bond It Asphalt Bleed Blocker first. This product is not recommended for polyethylene, polypropylene, or PTFE surfaces.

After completing the installation according to our guide, submit your final warranty registration within 30 days of finishing.
